I'm trying to find some from bleach

if they are Naruto / bleach or One Piece, those are removed due to licencing issues

so it's got nothing to do with limiting you as a member.

The site owner is attempting to find a fix for the issue but until then they aren't available for anybody.

So the licencing issue now prevents people from uploading scans so people can make wallpapers?
